Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the beef strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until tender-crisp.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Return the beef to the skillet and pour the soy sauce mixture over the top. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli.
- Serve the stir-fried beef and broccoli over cooked rice.
