Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well until it resembles wet sand.
