Here’s a recipe for grilled chicken kebabs that you can try:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or on a bed of rice.

Note: If you’re using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before threading the ingredients on to prevent them from burning on the grill.
