Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk (any type you prefer, such as dairy milk, almond milk, or oat milk)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the rolled oats, water, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the oats for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until they reach your desired consistency.
  3. While the oats are cooking, slice one banana into thin rounds.
