Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick baking mix and milk. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough a few times until smooth. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch (0.6 cm) thick.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Spread the melted butter evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the butter.
  5. Starting from one long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Slice the log into 1 1/2-inch (4 cm) thick rolls.
  6. Place the rolls in the prepared baking dish, leaving a little space between them. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
