chocolate bundt cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, coffee, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely
